1THE FIRST STAGE OF DANA’S PROCESS
In the first stage of Dana’s process, she will take the time to understand you so that she can provide tailor-made advice in keeping with WMM methods. The emphasis here will be on identifying the sources of your negative emotions, before enabling you to liberate yourself from them.
2INTRODUCE YOU TO THE SUPPORT COMMUNITY
Dana will then introduce you to the exclusive, private WMM support community on Facebook, and will periodically engage in online conversations in order to help her students to understand why they feel fear and anxiety and how they can rid themselves of it.
3TAKE LESSONS
At this point, you will take lessons in how to apply the techniques of WMM system, including the ‘3P advantage’: i) reconciling with your past, ii) preventing the distress and anxiety from dominating your life, and iii) releasing all the worry and despair from your present.
4ACCESS TO THE WMM LIBRARY
You will have access to the WMM library, which consists of all the previous topics covered by Dana.
5PRACTICE SESSIONS
You will have nine months of 1-hour weekly group practice sessions in with WMM that places you in different real-life scenarios. The nature of these scenarios will be decided by students in the group. Each week we will cover up to four separate scenarios. Each scenario will cover the 3P advantage.
6RECEIVE TWO 15 MIN SESSIONS
You will also receive two 15 min sessions as part of a weekly training webinar with Dana, during which she will guide every aspect of your development. You can raise specific questions about your progress and Dana will give you specific answers.
